Full Job Description

To administer golf bookings using computerised and manual systems, and ensuring all customers are booked in correctly.
To administer the hire equipment and deposit system.
To record and administer the lost property system.
Ensure that all information displayed in the reception area is up to date and regularly restocked.
To sell shop stock in accordance with company procedures & upsell at every opportunity.
To assist with any general clerical duties as requested.
To attend Receptionist meetings and feedback ways of improving and developing the service.
To feedback any areas of concern or any Health and Safety issues to the Manager.

Do you have experience working as a receptionist? Do you have an interest in Golf?, Basic IT Skills
Good numeracy, verbal, and written communications skills both in person and over the phone.
Motivated to serve the public and able to deliver excellent customer care service.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, Proof of attainment of qualifications;
Evidence of your right to work in the United Kingdom; and
Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if needed for the role
