About the RoleGo-to-Market Strategy & Planning Director reporting into the General Manager of Corporates Europe, this role designs the long-term growth strategy and manages the annual and quarterly planning of the division. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a consulting or in-house strategic role and is ready to join a leadership team. The successful candidate is data-driven, distills complex matters into simple recommendations, and collaborates with a large network of business partners while managing stakeholders in global organisations. The candidate joins a highly dynamic team that seeks ambitious growth goals for 2026 and beyond.ResponsibilitiesManage annual and quarterly planning and investment cycles, including creation of Quarterly Business Review presentations.Draft business cases for organic and inorganic expansion.Support the M&A team in managing acquisitions and divestitures affecting the Corporates Europe segment.Support the Sales and Retention leads in
designing sales play per market segment and product (new customer acquisition, product upsell and cross-sell, marketing mix).Diagnose current performance of sales-related metrics and identify improvement levers.Collate, communicate, and instigate the creation of new or improved processes required for smooth functioning of the division.Create and maintain market sizing data to support investment in new markets and products.Manage a network of internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate level of support to the Corporates Europe team.QualificationsBusiness or related field graduate; MBA preferred.Strong Excel modelling abilities.Comfortable with storytelling in PowerPoint.Excellent verbal and written executive-level communication skills.Ability to recognize and suggest process improvements within assigned area of responsibility.Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.BA degree in business or related field required.5+ years in consulting, in-house strategy or equivalent general
