Go To Coordinator

We are seeking a Go To Team Coordinator who brings outstanding energy, a positive 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent colleague and guest experiences. As a central connection point for the Go To Hosting team, you will play a key role in coordinating activity, managing communication, and ensuring tasks are tracked, completed and reported accurately within a data-driven model.,

• Act as the central coordination and communication hub for the Go To Hosting team across supported sites
• Dispatch and organise Go To Team activity, ensuring clear priorities and strong communication
• Manage, track and report tasks using ISS or client systems, ensuring all work is clearly logged and completed
• Receive and respond to email and face-to-face queries from colleagues and other departments
• Log all requests accurately on FMS with correct coding, closing or transferring tickets as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of floor visits using daily checklists
• Supervise the on-site Go To Team and support the Go To Manager with day-to-day operations
• Support events, front-of-house duties and ad hoc requests, ensuring strong Go To Team visibility at all required times
  
  Previous supervisory experience within customer service, ideally supporting Blue Chip or high-touch clients
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of property management or Condeco systems is an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills
• Confident, approachable and professional demeanour, with strong attention to detail
