What you'll do

• You will assist your Talent Partner with filling a combination of volume and niche roles in cybersecurity and/or security infrastructure, with a sprinkle of middle-office and Governance positions
• Build meaningful talent pipelines across cyber and technical domains
• Collaborate with your Talent Partner on smart sourcing and attraction strategies - no spray and pray, we love a good content plan here
• Be the candidate's champion - no ghosting, no nonsense
• Learn the ropes of stakeholder engagement and internal mobility
• Use your fresh ideas to attract and source top tier talent.
  
  Agency or internal recruitment experience, having handled a combination of volume and niche roles
• Confidence sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, using Boolean etc.
• Experience working with ATS's like Workday, Pinpoint etc., or a good technical capability to learn new systems
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to pivot fast
• Curiosity and a drive to understand the cyber landscape
• A quality-over-quantity mindset, but also ability to work at pace
• Drive to deliver and resilience., Please note that this role involves mandatory pre-employment background checks due to the nature of the work NCC Group does.
