Loughborough Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a Global Partnerships & Recruitment Manager to lead international boarding recruitment and build a thriving global network of partnerships. This newly created and strategically important role will report to the External Engagement Director, working closely with colleagues in Admissions, Marketing and Finance, and across the Foundation's schools.
As Global Partnerships & Recruitment Manager, you will shape and implement a comprehensive international recruitment strategy, identifying market opportunities and representing the Foundation at overseas events. You will manage a high-performing global agent network, develop meaningful relationships with partners and stakeholders, and deliver a seamless admissions journey from first enquiry through to enrolment.
You will also champion the Foundation's boarding offer through marketing and event activity, helping to build brand visibility and profile in key global markets.
The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, sales or student recruitment, with a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a data-informed approach. You will be confident working across cultures, target-driven, and motivated by the opportunity to grow and diversify our international community. Experience in international education and an understanding of UKVI compliance would be advantageous.
This is a full-time, year-round position, with some flexibility possible during school holidays. Regular overseas travel and occasional evening/weekend work will be required.
