Radwell International is seeking a Digital Paid Media Specialist to drive high-value campaigns and online revenue across UK and Europe from its Blackburn base. The role offers a starting salary of £40,000 with a discretionary bonus up to 10% and a hybrid working policy after training.You will manage paid search and shopping campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), optimise large product feeds, and collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Sales teams while ensuring GDPR compliance.
