Pay Rate: £30,000 - £33,000 Grade: M Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday Rotational shift Covering US time zones 08:00 - 16:00 - 12:00 -18:00 - 14:00 -22:00 Location: OX16 4RS - Banbury (Hybrid Working 1 day office 4 day working from home, Subject to change) DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Global Ops Planner to play a vital role coordinating our daily Shipping and distribution requirements. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- To validate shipments requested by GSK requestors and ensure shipment contains required documentation and mandatory information for shipment execution
- To assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
- Responsible for the effective planning, shipment validation and monitoring execution of shipments.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining KPI SLA agreements.
