• Define supplier strategy including management and optimisation of supplier panels
• Support defining the global supplier strategy for the electricals.
• Negotiate and support contract and bids during tendering stage and execution stage
• Support on supplier qualifications process
• Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement. Manage claims.
• Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy / strategy.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
• Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.
• Have ability to prioritize information for data analysis.
• Use technical experience and analytical thinking.
• Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  
  Minimum of 5 years of progressive experiences in project, technical and sourcing ideally withHVDC
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration or related fields
• Extensive sourcing experience and familiar with global and local frame agreement preparations
• Demonstrate a track record of influencing organizations to high levels of performance.
• Excellent negotiation and sourcing skills, a drive for results, Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to act a professional coach for others
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, well-organized approach
• Ability to cope with multiple complex situations and do the extra mile
• Look at problems from a different angle
