• Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and leading globally distributed or multi-region DBA teams.
• Extensive experience working with enterprise-level database technologies, including cloud database operations (AWS/Azure).
• In-depth expertise in database architecture, high availability, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and operational security.
• Proven track record supporting high-availability, business-critical customer-facing software applications., Strong technical background with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or PowerShell, alongside CI/CD practices.
• Success in leading database consolidation, cloud migration, and FinOps cloud-cost optimization strategies.

• Drive high-impact database platform modernization and automation initiatives using cloud-native tools, Infrastructure as Code, and automated lifecycle processes to minimize manual overhead.
• Partner strategically with Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, and Product leaders to ensure mission-critical application resiliency, ultimate scalability, and top-tier performance.
