Partner with the best As Global Chemical Regulatory Affairs Leader , you will be responsible for

  • Leading and ensuring global regulatory compliance for a broad chemical portfolio, enabling business continuity and market access across regions
  • Providing strategic direction on current and emerging chemical regulations, ensuring alignment with evolving industry expectations
  • Managing and developing a global regulatory team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Prioritizing and overseeing regulatory workflows using structured project management and stage-gate processes to meet business and compliance deadlines
  • Advising product line leaders, commercial teams, and R&D on regulatory requirements and product stewardship
  • Supporting new product introduction and business opportunities by assessing regulatory feasibility, environmental considerations, and long-term compliance risks
  • Overseeing preparation and maintenance of regulatory documentation, including SDS, product registrations, and compliance dossiers
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, HSE, legal, and commercial teams to embed compliance and responsible practices into business processes
  • Engaging with global regulatory agencies and industry groups to represent the company and stay ahead of regulatory developments
  • Developing and implementing training and awareness programs to strengthen regulatory knowledge across the organization
  • Driving standardization and best practices across regions to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance performance
  • Creating an approachable and solutions-oriented environment that supports the business while upholding regulatory requirements

    Have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Have a strong background in global chemical regulatory legislation, ideally within the energy, oilfield chemicals, or industrial chemicals sector
  • Have demonstrated experience navigating complex, multi-region regulatory frameworks (e.g., REACH, TSCA, BPR, FIFRA, K-REACH, DSL, etc.)
  • Have proven understanding of global supply chains and regulatory implications related to chemical manufacturing, transport, and end-use applications
  • Have experience managing large and diverse chemical portfolios across multiple product lines and end markets
  • Have the ability to interpret evolving legislation and translate regulatory requirements into practical business guidance
  • Have experience engaging with government regulatory agencies, industry bodies, and external stakeholders
  • Have demonstrated leadership experience, including developing and managing high-performing teams
  • Have strong project management skills, with experience managing competing priorities, regulatory submissions, and compliance timelines
  • Have experience supporting commercial teams or business functions, enabling compliant product introduction and market access
  • Have a track record of developing and delivering training programs to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions
