Glass Maintenance Engineer | Elton | Permanent|Starting Salary£54,080.00 - raising to £60,731.18 after probation/training package completion39 hrs per week following a shift patternThe Glass Maintenance Engineer (Internal Job Title Cold End Technician) is a critical link between advanced technical capability and front line operational leadership. The role combines hands on experience in Cold End technology with active support and coordination of cold end performance across shifts.Responsible for real time monitoring, fault diagnosis and root cause analysis (RCA) the Cold End Technician will lead efforts to reduce losses, enhance equipment reliability and executing proactive maintenance strategies. In addition to technical accountability, the role provides on shift supervision ensuring compliance of line controller daily duties.The Cold End Technician also serves as the primary technical point of contact for the Cold End Team Managersupporting continuous improvement and rapid escalation
