GIS Risk Analyst

+ Be recognised as the go-to expert for advanced geospatial analysis and operational insight, helping teams make data-driven decisions.
+ Lead complex analysis that drives strategic change and influences both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Develop, maintain, and deliver geospatial data models and reports that provide accurate, trusted insight and measurable improvements.
+ Take ownership of key reporting, ensuring quality, relevance, and clear commentary that supports operational and business objectives.
+ Analyse the performance and behaviour of wastewater network assets, identifying trends and risks and sharing findings through clear visualisations and insight.
+ Use your data expertise and operational understanding to design interventions that improve asset performance and reduce risk.
+ Define and improve processes, monitor data quality, and maintain automated data pipelines used by teams across the business for key performance and investment decisions.

+ Several years of relevant business or technical experience in a GIS Analyst role.
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geography, or a related field is desirable.
+ Expert knowledge of Databricks, ESRI ArcGIS and FME is essential.
+ Proficiency in data visualisation and analysis using tools such as Power BI and Excel, or similar.
+ Knowledge of additional analytical tools such as InfoAsset, SQL, Python, PySpark and Azure would be advantageous for this role.
+ Ability to support the development and technical progression of others within the team.
+ Strong attention to detail, with the ability to understand the wider context of analytical tasks.

+ Competitive salary between £52,480 & £58,000 per annum.
