Full Job Description
This full-time, on-site role supports the Kiln Lane Substation project by managing project documentation and ensuring information is accurate, compliant, and accessible for internal teams and external partners. Full-time | On-site | VISA Sponsorship not available,
- Maintain document control systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Asite,ACC, Field View).
- Check, publish, track, and distribute documents in line with project procedures.
- Support approval cycles and complete QA checks.
- Resolve document/drawing queries and support users with system training.
- Produce project reports and maintain training records.
- Assist with digital H&S files, archiving procedures, and reprographics.
- Ensure mobile devices are synced and functioning correctly.
- Supervise other Document Controllers where required.
Experience with collaboration/EDM systems. - Understanding of digital handover processes.
- Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years' document control experience, ideally within construction.
- Ability to map and follow processes effectively.
