You will be responsible for preoperative assessments, assisting in surgeries, postoperative care, and actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure the highest standards of patient care are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include mentoring junior surgical trainees and contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the department.
