As General Sales Manager / Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.,

  • Managing and motivating the Sales Executive team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Overseeing the full vehicle sales process from enquiry through to delivery
  • Monitoring sales performance, KPIs, and profitability
  • Managing stock levels and vehicle ordering
  • Driving finance and insurance penetration within the sales department
  • Coaching and developing team members to maximise performance
  • Ensuring the dealership maintains high levels of customer satisfaction
