As General Sales Manager / Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.,
- Managing and motivating the Sales Executive team to achieve and exceed targets
- Overseeing the full vehicle sales process from enquiry through to delivery
- Monitoring sales performance, KPIs, and profitability
- Managing stock levels and vehicle ordering
- Driving finance and insurance penetration within the sales department
- Coaching and developing team members to maximise performance
- Ensuring the dealership maintains high levels of customer satisfaction
