Full Job Description
As a General Retail Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases. What you will be doing as a General Retail Assistant?
- Till operation and serving customer
- Stock replenishment and merchandising across all department
- Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
- Assisting our customer across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW.
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
- Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
- Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service. - Knowledge of Garden Centre products preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great teamwork.
- Hardworking
- Shift flexibility including weekends.
- The ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
Our competitive rates of pay range is dependent on age. The hours for this position are 34 hours per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must., - Competitive rates of pay
