General Practitioner (GP)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and compassionate General Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team at Grove House Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing practice, supporting an expanding patient population and contributing to service development. We are a well-established teaching practice committed to delivering high-quality patient care while supporting staff wellbeing, development and innovation., The post holder will provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of a wide range of conditions. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contribute to clinical decision-making, and support continuity of care for patients. The role includes participation in practice meetings, service development, and quality improvement, as well as maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to professional and regulatory standards.,

• 5 Practice Nurses
• 1 Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
• ARRS roles including Clinical Pharmacist and Mental Health Practitioner
• Dedicated Frailty Team and Community Matron
