The role involves delivering clinical care to registered patients, collaborating with practice teams, and ensuring adherence to clinical governance. Responsibilities include patient consultations, both in-person and remotely, administrative duties, and participating in practice strategy development for improved patient outcomes. Candidates need to exhibit leadership in key disease areas and performance enhancement across various quality standards, including CQC standards. Representation at locality and GP Federation meetings is expected.
