Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. You will strive to maintain qualify within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement, The General Practitioner role at Operose Health involves delivering high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery. The job requires collaboration with clinical leads and local practice teams to support the operational plan of the surgeries. The practitioner is expected to maintain quality within the practice by participating in clinical governance activities and contributing to the improvement in health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. The role includes providing clinical care as described in the job plan and following the total triage model, which includes consultation sessions, both in-person and by video, telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, and other clinical administration. The practitioner is also responsible for adhering to the highest personal and professional standards as set by the GMC, prioritizing individual patient care. Collaboration with the Practice Manager and site clinical
lead to support the development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan is also a key part of the role.
