Excellence We strive to do the best we can do and be the b, As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to registered patients. Collaborate with clinical leads and practice teams to implement operational plans, participate in clinical governance, and contribute to improved health outcomes through audits. Responsibilities include clinical consultations (in-person, video, and phone), correspondence, medication reviews, administrative tasks, safeguarding, medical reports, home visits, surgery meetings, and on-call duties, excluding out-of-hours. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct as per GMC guidelines, placing patient care first. Collaborate with the Practice Manager and site leads to enhance the surgery's action plan, focusing on patient satisfaction, quality standards, resource management, and list growth. The ideal candidate will hold current GMC registration, be listed on the NHS performers list, and have GP accreditation, preferably with MRCGP certification.
