General Practitioner

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated General Practitioner to join our progressive and friendly Primary Health Care Team for 4 sessions per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and who brings a proactive, dynamic approach to clinical practice. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced GPs who are keen to contribute to a supportive, forward-thinking environment., The successful candidate will be expected to undertake the full range of duties and responsibilities associated with General Practice within a Primary Care setting. We actively support the educational and professional development of our GPs and offer comprehensive opportunities for career progression, aligned with the needs of our patient population., The post-holder will work as an autonomous practitioner, providing high-quality medical services to our practice population and delivering an excellent standard of clinical care in line with the requirements of the GMS contract. They will uphold GMC standards for good medical practice and contribute to the effective management and ongoing development of the practice. The successful candidate will lead by example, fostering a positive, collaborative working environment and maintaining strong professional relationships within the multidisciplinary team.

The surgery is made up of a diversified clinical team consisting of GP's, ANP's, nursing team, and administration team with clinical supervision and mentorship by GPs to GP registrars and F2 doctors.
