As a General Operative you will operate to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance tasks as allocated by the shift supervisor, responding to all incidents swiftly to minimise business disruption.,
- Overseeing on-site contractors.
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance.
- Responding to defects, faults, and client requests.
- Maintaining records and producing simple reports.
- Identifying material requirements.
- Developing and maintaining contact with client representatives.
