We're looking for a General Manager with flair, passion, and a healthy love of good food and great company. Someone who can juggle reservations, inspire the team, charm the regulars, and still find time to taste the pistachio cr e9me br6blee.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading your team with joie de vivre - energy, laughter, and genuine warmth
- Keeping the service flowing and the atmosphere buzzing, from brunch to Bordeaux o'clock.
- Knowing your way around a P&L as easily as you do a wine list.
- Creating a place guests love - and teams are proud to call home.
Who you'll be:

- Commercially savvy, bringing a hands-on attitude and genuine openness
- Experience running a busy restaurant or bar (ideally something a little ooh la la).
