Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, coaches, and assistants.
Be a visible, inspiring presence on the gym floor-engaging with members and driving retention.
Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events.
Monitor financial performance and deliver against key business targets.

Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality.
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing revenue.
Passion for health and fitness, with a hands-on approach to member engagement.
Experience managing teams and driving performance.
Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high-volume setting.

Competitive salary (£31,100 - £35,532 + opportunity to increase your earnings through a performance-related bonus of up to 5.5% of annual salary, paid quarterly)
