About the pub
The Cock is a well-established community pub located in the heart of Drayton, serving as a popular destination for local residents and visitors alike. With a strong reputation for both its food and drink offering, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate operator to take on a thriving business and unlock its full potential.
The pub currently delivers an estimated £30,000 in weekly sales, with a healthy 42/58 wet-to-dry split and approximately 1,500 covers per week, demonstrating a strong food-led trade alongside a solid drinks business. We're looking for a skilled publican with a strong background in both food and wet-led operations. Knowledge of kitchen management, food standards and driving food sales is essential, while there is significant opportunity to further develop and grow the wet trade through engaging events, community involvement and a great customer experience.

You'll thrive off growing your business and have a 'lead from the front' mentality and passion for nurturing your team.
As a General Manager you'll:
- Care about finding, growing and engaging your team.
- Be accountable for running all aspects of your pub.
- Be passionate about doing the right thing for your staff and your customers.
- Dream big and think differently about new ways to increase sales and growth.
