Full Job Description

  • Leading from the front. You'll be on the floor, setting the standard and bringing your team with you. You'll train, coach and develop a skilled team of operators and culinary colleagues.
  • Growing the business. You'll spot commercial opportunities and turn them into revenue across caf , events and hospitality.
  • Running a tight ship. You'll own labour planning, cost control and forecasting, and hit your financial targets while keeping health and safety and company standards spot on.
  • Wowing the client. You'll build strong relationships with museum stakeholders, act on feedback quickly and keep exceeding expectations.
  • Shaping what's next. You'll work with the museum to deliver the venue's growth strategy and make the operation smarter and more efficient.

    You have 2+ years as a General Manager, or 4+ years as a Deputy GM or Operations Manager in hospitality. Visitor attractions or multi-outlet venues are a big plus.
  • You thrive in high-footfall, fast-paced places with different service styles running side by side.
  • You're confident with budgets, cost control and labour management.
  • You lead by example and love seeing your people grow.
  • You communicate well with clients, stakeholders and your team.
  • You care about food, service and creating visits people remember.
