The Opportunity

Established premium cocktail bar in one of London's most affluent and desirable locations. Situated just a short walk from Richmond station and moments from the Thames, the venue benefits from a loyal local following, strong commuter trade and a steady flow of visitors drawn to the area's vibrant food and drink scene. About You

We're looking for a commercially minded General Manager who can take an already successful business and unlock its next stage of growth. This role is about more than managing day-to-day operations. We're looking for someone who can spot opportunities, build local connections and create compelling reasons for guests to choose Be At One Richmond time and time again.

You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing a motivated team, and creating an atmosphere that keeps guests returning. You'll understand how to use local marketing, events, partnerships, and community engagement to drive awareness, build loyalty, and grow sales in a competitive market. Equally, you'll be confident balancing the commercial side of the business, using strong labour management, stock control, and cost discipline to deliver sustainable profitability.

We're looking for a proven hospitality professional with experience in a premium, drinks-led environment, a strong track record of delivering commercial results, and a genuine passion for people.
