Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the General Manager - Flight Crew Operations (South) will be responsible for the management of the flight operation at the bases within their region, to whom each base's Pilot management team would report. In summary, they would:

• Assist the Chief Pilot with the oversight of the flight operation across all fleets, at each base within their region.
• Deputise for the Chief Pilot during periods of sickness or absence.
• When required, act as the Duty Management Pilot (DMP).
  
  Applicants must be a current company Captain with recent and extensive pilot management experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. It would be an advantage to have held a training qualification.
