If you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experience, then we want to hear from you., We are looking for a creative & entrepreneurial General Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful General Manager, you will embrace the autonomy given to run your business and offer unique ideas to drive your team to success. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will recruit & develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.

The perfect candidate has a track record of working with fresh food, is passionate about delivering a great guest experience and has a fantastic operational mind. They will be happy being the face of the business, and as comfortable interacting with the regulars at the bar as they are running food-lead events and a busy Sunday Service.
