The Duke of Gloucester is a community-led pub located in a growing residential area. Two new housing estates are currently being built nearby and are due for completion this year, providing a significant opportunity to grow the customer base. The site is also located close to a university specialising in nursing and medical studies, offering additional trade throughout the week.
