General Manager - 40 Hours per Week (Full Time)

Our General Managers are the ultimate leaders, setting the tone and culture within their team. You will be an expert at getting the best out of people, able to coach and develop your team to deliver flawless execution and service within a fun and supportive environment. We value your work/life balance, therefore all of our General Managers are contracted to work 40 hours per week. You will have a passion for great food and drinks, especially smashed burgers, craft beer and cocktails delivering outstanding service. You must be confident in managing front of house and a robust kitchen operation. Your operational standards will be of utmost importance, ensuring you trade your pub in a safe, legal and compliant way. As a General Manager, you will have full ownership of your P&L, lead shifts including opening & closing the pub, act as the key contact for the community in your site and be a decision maker who is determined to grow their business and deliver our operational standards "The Craft House Way" perfectly.
