- Ensure the club operates to the highest standards of safety, compliance, presentation and service.
- Continuously review and improve processes to enhance both member and team experiences.

- Support business-wide initiatives and strategic projects.

You'll be an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of delivering results through people. You know how to balance commercial performance with exceptional customer experiences and understand that culture, leadership and standards are the foundations of long-term success. You'll bring: - Significant leadership experience within hospitality, leisure, wellness, retail, luxury service or other customer-focused environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and business performance.
- A track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- The ability to influence, inspire and build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A passion for developing people and creating high-performing cultures.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills.
