About the Role

We're looking for a General Manager for a recently invested community pub in Basingstoke. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the Pub

Located just outside Basingstoke town centre, this family-friendly pub has recently benefited from a two-door CAPEX investment. Currently trading around £25,000 per week with an approximate 30/70 wet-to-food sales split.

The pub attracts families, local residents, and sports enthusiasts. There's an opportunity to rebuild food performance and create a more balanced, profitable business.

We seek a strong operator who can drive standards, develop food offerings, increase guest frequency, and maximize entertainment and sports propositions through local marketing and community engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving community pub at the heart of Basingstoke with recent investment and untapped potential. Live-in accommodation is available in the form of a 3-bedroom flat.
