Oversee all administrative and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Drive operational excellence by managing site performance, financial controls, and service delivery standards.
Lead, coach, and develop management and frontline teams to build engagement, accountability, and high performance.
Monitor budgets, labour costs, and KPIs, implementing actions to maximise profitability and efficiency.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact across all sites.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.
Support recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning to maintain a motivated and capable team.
Take ownership of all operational challenges, delivering effective solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a visible presence across all locations, providing hands-on leadership and supporting teams where required.

Proven track record managing teams of 20+ staff.
Background in Business & Industry (B&I) catering or large commercial venues.
Event Operations: Strong background in planning, executing, and managing large-scale events or functions.
Strong background delivering premium client and guest experiences.
