This role involves leading and inspiring a team to deliver excellent person-centred care to residents. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality, best practice care and managing recruitment, retention, and development of staff. The role requires acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives, and care professionals, ensuring staffing levels align with needs, and managing costs within budgetary controls. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, effective communication skills, and flexibility to manage various responsibilities. The role requires a Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent, and a minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment.
