We're looking for a General Manager for a Community Pub in Morecambe. Salary up to £40,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston's is one of the UK's largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we're on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Hurley Flyer in Morecambe and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Hurley Flyer is a fantastic big Community pub ideally located next to Morecambe FC.
It functions via 2 rooms and also benefits from a large beer garden, full sports and pub games - perfect for pulling in local teams. The site has a strong following for the football trade and seasonal guests due to its seaside location.
The Hurley Flyer needs a strong community operator able to deliver events & large volume drink and food, experience of the local area and seasonal trade is also a benefit given the location of the pub.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a three bedroom flat.
