General Maintenance Operative

+ Site facilities works - Drilling, signage/netting, plumbing, brickwork, doors/handles, locks, barriers + Stores / stock audits + Carpentry skills and general DIY related skills beneficial. Your experience and background: + General DIY - Building works, Plumbing, woodwork, etc + Good with Hand tools & power tools - drills, grinders, jigsaw + Safety Conscious as sole worker on tasks + Some formal Qualifications would be ideal - NVQ in Mechanical works/fitting/Joinery + Welding would be beneficial, but not essential + Self motivated
