Across the week there will be hours dedicated to each role, but with the flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of the school.

Our curriculum is set up to explore learning through a hands-on approach that requires skilled professionals to have the ability to promote what is being seen as well as knowing the curriculum well enough to make connections with other areas of the curriculum at the same time; i.e. development of grammar through an investigation or the use of speech. This skilled role will enable a child to unlock their learning and become confident learners - a privileged position indeed.
