From preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food to maintaining excellent hygiene standards, you'll help create a welcoming and professional experience
for students, staff, and visitors.Working as part of a busy team, you'll support both core catering operations and retail café services while ensuring the highest standards of customer care.What You'll DoAssist with the preparation and serving of food and beveragesPrepare and serve a range of coffees and speciality drinks using commercial coffee machinesOperate café equipment including coffee machines, panini grills, blenders, and dishwashersSupport both retail café operations and core feeding servicesOperate the EPOS till system and process cash and card transactions accuratelyReplenish food displays and service counters throughout the dayMaintain clean, safe, and hygienic café, kitchen, and customer areasFollow all food hygiene, allergen, health & safety, and company proceduresSupport stock replenishment and deliveriesRespond to customer queries in a friendly, professional mannerReport incidents, complaints, compliments, or maintenance issues appropriatelyAttend training sessions and
