Full Job Description
- Assist with preparing sandwiches, baguettes, salads, pre-mixes, and simple cooked items using standard industry techniques and equipment.
- Set up dining areas, manage queue flow, clear trays, wipe tables, and operate till systems for cashless catering and meal authorizations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety by washing crockery, utensils, and machinery, conducting daily temperature checks, and following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
- Load pre-prepared meals into the school catering vehicle and deliver them to local schools when required.
