General Catering Assistant

As a General Catering Assistant for Sodexo at Truro High School for Girls, you will contribute towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation.You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, and ensuring we offer the best service possible. • Prepare delicious meals for our school team and pupils.
• Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean, and hygienic at all times.
• Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.
• Always uphold the reputation of the company.
• Assist at service times by serving the customers
  
  A great sense of teamwork.
• A dedicated and orderly approach.
• The ability to prioritize your work, handle pressure, and communicate well at all levels.
• Impeccable punctuality and dependability.
• Experience in a similar environment (helpful but not a deal breaker).
