Maintaining knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards.Must hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points
Must hold a valid right to work in the UK
Desirable to hold a CSCS/CSCS Alliance Red Card (trainee & experienced) OR Green Card (Labourer)
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Preferred
Must be confident and have good written and verbal communication skills

Scope of WorksGeneral building and maintenance work
Removal and reinstatement of boxing around boilers and flues
Removal and reinstatement of cupboards & air cupboards
Removal of decommissioned gas fires, brick up, opening and skim
Making good in and around flues and air vents, etc including basic brickwork and plastering
General carpentry i.e. lifting floorboards
Creating access for pipework in walls or behind kitchen units
Reinforcing walls for radiators
