General Assistant

We're looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and wants to play an important role in creating a positive environment for members and colleagues. You'll be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness while providing friendly and professional support to members throughout the club.,

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• Ensure the gym facility is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards in line with company expectations.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training activities designed to promote consistent standards across the business.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties.
  
  Strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Demonstrates a commitment to delivering excellent member service and maintaining high standards.
• Experience in a customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with members and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing responsibilities independently.
