Full Job Description

As a General Assistant at Sodexo, you'll be the face of our service, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. You'll be part of a friendly team where no two days are the same, supporting with food and drinks, customer service, stock, cleanliness and the smooth running of our venues. What you'll do:

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Prepare, cook and serve fresh, delicious and safe food and drinks.
  • Take payments and handle cash and other resources responsibly.
  • Receive and safely store food and stock deliveries.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe and tidy.
  • Help guests find their way around and ensure they have everything they need.
  • Use equipment and systems safely and report any issues to your Team Leader.
  • Follow all hygiene, health and safety procedures.
  • Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
