No two days will necessarily be the same, so this role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, working as part of a team and taking pride in getting the job done to a high standard.What you'll do:Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the operationMaintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environmentRestocking shelves and ensuring stores and supplies are kept well stockedChecking and receiving deliveries and reporting any discrepanciesAssisting with the movement
and storage of stockFollowing food storage, handling and disposal proceduresCompleting cleaning duties in line with the required cleaning schedulesUsing cleaning equipment, machinery and chemicals safely and correctlyFollowing all company, customer and site proceduresProviding excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleaguesTaking care of equipment, stock and other resourcesReporting accidents, near misses, faulty equipment or other issues to managementAttending team briefings and training as requiredCarrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by your managerWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in a catering, retail or similar operational environmentGood verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamGood attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standardsA full clean driving licenceWhat we offer:JoinSodexo for more than just a job-be part of something bigger.
