General Admin and Media Assistant - Sacred Heart Primary School
£18,894.85 to £19,724.38 per annum (Scale 4 spine point 7 to 10, depending on experience)
24 hours per week (3 days - Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday - 8am - 4.30pm)
Term time only (39 weeks)
FIXED TERM CONTRACT
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced part-time general admin and media assistant. This is a busy and varied role, primarily to support the school office. An admin and media assistant role that combines administrative support with media-related tasks, involving social media management, content creation, and clerical and administrative support.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our happy, thriving and successful catholic primary school in Battersea.

- A confident and clear communicator with good oral and written English and excellent verbal and written skills through diplomacy, tact, and empathy
- Someone who can maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive information. The ability to manage confidential information responsibly and securely is a key requirement.
- Has attention to detail, a friendly and professional manner and the ability to work to deadlines.
- A logical thinker with the ability to forward plan
- Excellent verbal and written skills through diplomacy, tact and empathy
