GB_WC_Logistics Quality SF Test

We are looking for a PPAP Engineer to join the Quality team in Tamworth to ensure that all customer requirements are met with regards to PPAP approval., + Carry out PPAP and parts validation
+ Check through documentation received and ensure they meet customer requirements
+ Support NPI ensuring PPAP compilation and submission to customer to meet project timing
+ Oversee internal processes after PPAP approval to ensure all relevant information is store in correct locations and is kept current
+ Support APQP activities within Quality together with the project team
+ Support plant audits from internal and external organisations to IATF16949 & ISO 14001
+ Support Change Management and evaluate ECRs (Engineering Change Requests) in relation to the Quality Department.

+ Technical Engineering diploma or equivalent (desirable)
+ Six sigma green belt certified (desirable)
+ Well versed in APQP and PPAP (essential)
+ Knowledge and experience of core quality tools (APQP/PPAP/Control Plan/FMEA) (essential)
+ Knowledge of JLR PPAP ePSW and alert system (desirable)
+ Proficient user of IT tools (e.g. microsoft word PowerPoint excel) to enable feedback to all management levels.
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Knowledge of IATF16949 & ISO 14001., Access Control System,ISO,HVAC,Investment Management,Housekeeping,Building Electrician
