Full Job Description
This is a part time role, 16 hours a week, 8 hours on Wednesday and 8 hours on Thursday. As a Crematorium Gardener, you'll play a key role in the upkeep and presentation of the crematorium's gardens, lawns, and memorial areas ensuring the grounds are maintained to the highest standards to provide a comforting environment for all who visit. You'll be undertaking a full range of horticultural tasks alongside one other team member predominantly working within the crematorium grounds, including maintenance of shrub and herbaceous borders, hedge cutting, upkeep of lawned areas and other environmental improvements.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. You'll have practical experience working within the horticultural, parks or nursery industry with experience of undertaking a wide range of gardening tasks using a variety of tools and machinery.
