Each of our homes is equipped with innovative facilities and supported by a dedicated care team, ensuring a comfortable stay alongside the highest quality care available., 40 Hours a week - Monday to Friday with the occasional Weekend when required 20 hours Maintenance Assistant and 20 Gardener, As our Gardener/Maintenance Assistant , you will play a vital role in maintaining our grounds and our home to the highest standards, creating a stimulating environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents. From tending to flowerbeds and shrubs to ensuring our outdoor areas are safe and inviting, your work will contribute to making our home a welcoming and vibrant place for residents to enjoy.
What Our Gardener/Maintenance Assistant Does:
Maintain our grounds to the highest standards, ensuring they are safe, tidy, and visually appealing.Tend to flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees, planting and nurturing a variety of flora to enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces.Care for equipment and structures such as fencing, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working order.Clear snow and ice in the winter to ensure the safety of residents and staff.Use garden treatment chemicals in line with COSHH regulations, prioritizing the health and safety of all.Adapt your work schedule to accommodate the needs of our residents, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive environment that supports the well-being of our residents.Assisting the Maintenance Manager with any maintenance requirements for the home.
