Gardener

The position involves maintaining lawns, borders, flower beds, hedges, trees, and planted areas to a consistently high standard. Duties include grass cutting, pruning, planting, weeding, seasonal upkeep, and general garden maintenance, as well as ensuring pathways and areas around buildings are clean, tidy, and safe. The role requires the use of hand tools and light machinery, working collaboratively within the Grounds team, and following all Health & Safety procedures. Additionally, support with the preparation of the grounds for school events and assistance with seasonal duties will also form part of the role.
